Two Serve has three main Core Values: Faith, Hope, and Grace. It is through faith that we trust in the Lord, follow His Word, and continue discipleship to all nations. It is with hope that we see a positive future for those that we work with and the opportunity for salvation extended to them. This opportunity comes from the grace of God, which we are taught to give others, just as God has given it to us.
Faith
Two Serve is a Christian organization, which adheres to the Bible and understands faith as the unwavering trust in the Lord. Jesus explains in the book of Matthew, “He said to them, ‘Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.’” (Matthew 17:22)
Hope
In the book or Romans, we are told “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” (Romans 12:12) Hope gives us the drive to keep moving forward, through all of the trials and tribulations of this life; hope for a better tomorrow; hope for a brighter future from this life to next. As it is written, “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Grace
It is by the grace of God, that we receive our salvation, and through grace we can care and understand others. “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9) We extend grace to others and treat them as we wish to be treated. “For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works.” (Titus 2:11-14)
